Gordon Robinson is the Practice Leader for the Organizational Change Practice at Tilman & Company. Mr. Robinson has extensive experience advising the leaders of both private and public sector organizations in the leadership associated with large-scale culture, process and technology initiatives. He was responsible for establishing and running the US Management Consulting practice at a top-ten global consulting firm. In that capacity he led projects in the telecommunications, information, manufacturing, transportation and government sectors, and was the host of the Innovations 2011 Conference, which brings together leaders from across industries to collaborate on new approaches to today’s challenges.
Mr. Robinson earned his undergraduate degree from NYU, has an MBA from the Wharton School, is certified in Organization Development/Change Management by Georgetown, and is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute. He lives, works and travels from New York City.
